 The home care services provided by Credible Health Homecare are flexible and client centered. Before we send a caregiver to your home, we make sure that they are properly trained. Social Worker

The Social Worker shall assist patients and their families with personal and environmental
difficulties with predispose toward illness or interfere with obtaining maximum benefits from
medical care and more.

Medical Social worker has the responsibility to report to the Director of nursing, clinical
manager/MSW Supervisor, Administrator.
