The home care services provided by Credible Health Homecare are flexible and client centered. Before we send a caregiver to your home, we make sure that they are properly trained. All of our caregivers undergo a strict screening process and are trained to respond to emergencies as well as in preventing further health complications. below is a list of some of the services that we provide on an hourly or live-in basis:
Physical Therapist
Shall observe and record activities and findings in the clinical record and report to the physician,
physician assistant, or advanced register nurse practitioner the patient’s reaction to treatment and
any changes in the patient’s condition, or when there are deviations from the plan of care and
more.
Physical Therapy Assistant
Physical therapy Assistant will be furnished under the supervision of a physical therapist. The
PTA performs services planned, assigned, delegated, and supervised by the physical therapist
and functions as an active member of the home health team.
Occupational Therapist
Responsible to help the patient to regain their daily living activities. Provide services as prescribe
by a physician, physician assistant or advanced register nurse practitioner, acting with their cope
of proactive with can be safety the OASIS implementation Manual and corresponding to
documentation contained elsewhere in the assessment note and more.
Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA)
Will be furnished under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist. The OTA/COTA
performs services planned assigned, delegated, and supervised by the licensed occupation
therapist and shall be with the scope of practice authorized by the license issued by the State for
the practice of providing serves in accordance with the physician’s orders and more.
Speech Therapist
Our agency hereby approves that we shall hire a speech Therapist and shall be with the scope of
practice authorized by the license issued by the state for the practice of speech therapist,
indicated for dysphasia and dysphagia.
